Park Day

Kind of obsessed with this photo of Jade. You can just feel the joy, she loves to play!

Love this little man!

Love that they play together so well all the time, I just hung out with the girls and Micah watched over Jade and played with her the whole time. Life is good!

A Day at Disneyland

We went to Disneyland the other day with some of our favorite people in the world... Melis and Jackson, and Wendy, Caden and Taylor. We had so much fun and can't wait to do it again.

Jade gets lots of kisses all day long!

So Magical

Best Friends

And these two are future Best Friends, they have no choice in the matter! So cute, right? Obsessed with both of these little girls!

Jade is so funny, she has no fear at all about anything, on Pirate's she didn't flinch at all during the drop or due to the darkness. She is one tough cookie!

Waiting in line at Pirates, these three boys always have so much fun together.

Wendy peeking through her two adorable children. Love them...all!

Love these photos on Main Street...such a nostalgic feel.

Melis doing makeovers on the little toddlers, they were loving all the blush and lip gloss. Taylor was wearing the cutest little outfit, I wish I got a real photo of it...so cute!

Unfortunately we didn't capture my favorite part of the day on film...when we (mom's) danced in the street at night like no one was watching!

Bath Time or Tea Time?

So, while I was giving my little ones a bath, Jade tried to rip Micah's helicopter out of his hand, (probably to fly it around as she makes airplane noises). But Micah screams loudly at her, "No Jade you can't have my tea pot!!!" Your what? Is my 4 year old son really pretending that a helicopter is a tea pot? I guess he is around his mommy a little too often! I drink tea just about daily but never really thought Micah picked up on it or cared. So funny, right? I wonder what his daddy would say about that?
Then, we obviously had to have a long conversation about why we don't drink "bummy" water!!
Cheers!

Pirate Party PlayGroup

Micah is in a super fun Play Group that we do every Thursday with 6 other little boys! Thursday is his favorite day of the week because of this play group! We alternate weeks with the other mothers and have an ABC theme going. Well, last time I hosted, I had the letter "P" and so of course we had fun Pirate Party! This is Micah waiting at the door for all his little buddies to come over, he was so excited.

We invited Micah's cousin Jack to come over that day and play too, because it really is not a party without Jack! So, I drew some crazy pirate faces and the boys colored them and we made Pirate Puppets, and then we made felt eye patches and everyone made a hook from a cup and tin foil, and of course we read the story of Captain Jack Sparrow. It was so much fun and the boys had a blast!

The End.

Farmer's Market

We went to the Laguna Beach Farmer's Market last Saturday. My great friend Ashley recommended it and she knows me well, so she knew I would love it and I did! It was a family affair, I brought the kiddos, Mitch, my sister Aimee and my sis-in-law, Brittany. We just missed Ash and her mom because we couldn't get it together fast enough! Sorry girls! But we loved it, we walked around and tried all these fresh fruits and nuts and breads. It was so fun. We came home with lots of fresh herbs, strawberries, strawberry bread, hummus, taboule, tzatziki sauce, dried apple rings, nuts..you get the idea! It was really fun...on the schedule for next Saturday...the Dana Point Farmer's Market! I could just do Farmer's Market hopping all Saturday long!
I only brought my camera out at the beginning during our Strawberry purchase, the rest of the time I was shopping away! And I never took a picture of the market...next time!

Notice that she has a huge strawberry for each hand, alternating bites! That's my girl!
It was a great morning, Thanks Ash!

My Funny Valentine

I love LOVE, and so Valentines Day is one of my favorite days. During Valentine's week, we went over to my mom's house to make valentines. Micah has been begging me since
February 1st to make Valentines with glitter, and so we did and he loved every moment of it.

So did Jadey. She's our little artist...trust me she has given us "masterpieces" all over our walls!

With all their homemade valentines...love Jade's little giggle.

Then on Valentine's Day morning, I made Heart-shaped German pancakes, we always have called them "puffy pancakes" though. They are one of Micah's favorite breakfasts...mine too.

A little later, Micah helped me make our favorite treat of all time, chocolate-covered strawberries. The perfect Valentine's treat. I am one lucky girl to have three of the best Valentines I could ever hope for.

Thailand & Cambodia: Day 12 & 13 (The Final Days)

Day Twelve: Krabi, Thailand
For our last full day in Krabi, we just relaxed and played in the water and hopped from pool to beach all day long. We read, snuggled in the hammocks, got mango smoothies at the pool bar, and had contests about who could stay underwater the longest, it was pretty close, but I guess Mitchy won.

This is one of the "infinity" pools at the hotel, it was even more beautiful in person and the water was nice and warm.

Then we'd go to the beach, the water was even warmer in the ocean than in the pool.

Then we went to dinner at our favorite place, we went two nights in a row. It was called the Terrace. It was a really charming little place, (see the picture below), and it had by far the best pad thai of the whole trip. It was so flavorful but also had a lot of really fresh vegetables. We loved it. This is a shot of Mitchy that I captured when he didn't know I was taking a pictures...now look at the two shots of him below, that is him when he knows I am taking a picture...what is his problem?

See what I mean!!!

Day Thirteen: From Krabi to Bangkok to Taipei to LAX to my babies
It was longest day ever! But great to be home!
Loved every moment of our Adventure of a Lifetime together!
